High Five Netball Tournament

Congratulations to Mrs Ethelstons for winning the Year 5 and 6 Netball tournament that was held on Tuesday 27th March. The event was played under the High Five rules, where each child had the opportunity to experience a number of different positions on the court.  Some children were playing in a competition for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. Special performances from Izzy at Mrs Es who scored 8 goals in one game, Bobby and Caitlyn from Axminster for showing great determination and courage throughout the event and Owen from Chardstock for some fantastic defending. Our next tournament, due to take place at Axminster Primary School on Tuesday 24th April, is Tag Rugby for Year 5 and 6. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us!
