Mrs Ethelston's KS2 Football After School Club

Mr Embleton from Primary Sports will be running a FOOTBALL after-school programme at Mrs Ethelston’s Primary School this term for children in KS2 (Year 3 to 6).

The Session:

• Thursday – 3.30pm to 4.30pm

Sessions start on 8th June 2023 and run for 6 weeks ending on the 13th July 2023.

Football – The children will have the opportunity to take part in several football games that focuses on the skills of football such as passing, dribbling and shooting as well as skills such as attacking, defending, creating space, decision making, tactical awareness, rules of the game and will progress into small sided games.

It is compulsory that you child has a pair of SHIN PADS in order to participate in this club.

We can only space for 25 children so please book as soon as possible using the instructions below. Children must be collected from the school at 4.30pm.

Mr Embleton holds a clean enhanced DBS through Primary Sports. We ask to make sure that children’s belongings are in a labelled bag. All equipment will be provided; children are expected to wear suitable PE Clothing and trainers. Warm/wet weather gear are also advised. It is the responsibility of parents to make sure that inhalers are brought with the child and that the coaches are informed of medical conditions.

Football could result in a child being injured. Primary Sports and Education will accept no liability.
