Mindfulness & Yoga

At Primary Sports, we understand that children need time for reflection and wellbeing so we have developed an exciting new programme of Yoga and Mindfulness sessions for all ages. This can either be an intervention-based programme or an add-on to our curriculum-based sessions.

Lots of top professional athletes will undertake a yoga and wellbeing programme within their day-to-day training schedules. Our aim is to use this mindfulness time to develop children's Growth Mindset to improve:

Flexibility

Balance

Endurance

Core

Stability

Recovery
