GATEHOUSE PRIMARY - HAF EASTER PROGRAMME 2025

Has your child ever been to a holiday activity camp that keeps them active, entertained and smiling ALL day?! Well, that's just what we offer!

Our camps at Gatehouse have a huge variety of sports activities, every day from 9am until 1pm! Your child may get the chance to take part in Glow in the Dark Dodgeball, Nerf gun battles, Football, Laser Tag, Hockey, Easter Arts and Crafts, Easter Egg Hunt, Capture the flag, Board and Card games, Tennis, Dodgeball, Dance and Cricket to name just a few!

Every day is different, offering the widest range of activities around and plenty of new faces to make friends with! AND they could be the winner of one of our fantastic prizes!

What should they bring?

We recommend dressing casually. Most choose a sportier attire. Nothing too heavy and no jeans! Trainers are preferred over boots. The activities are quite active so free-moving clothing is better. Lots of children who come regularly choose shorts and t-shirt or tracksuit/jogging bottoms with a jumper as an optional extra!

Keep an eye on the weather forecast and plan accordingly. They may need a coat, or they may need sun cream and a hat! Better to overpack than under pack. We carry on activities outside regardless of a bit of rain!

If they have been to a previous holiday camp with us and won a prize, they should bring this back to get points for their team! They can bring this one back to get points if they won a wristband at the last holiday camp!

We provide all equipment for the activities. Primary Sports will also provide a HOT MEAL main meal or a Jacket Potato and snacks for each child on a daily basis and the menu is below - If the child does not want one of the HOT MEAL options, parents are responsible for providing a packed lunch and plenty to drink.

We have an option of extended time if you would like your child to remain on the camp - Below are the timings and the price:

Extended time - Option 1 - 13.00pm to 15.30pm - £5

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO BOOKINGS FOR THE EXTENDED TIME WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS THERE IS A BOOKING MAKE THROUGH THE EEGU BOOKING SYSTEM FOR THE FUNDED SESSION BETWEEN 9.00AM AND 13.00PM. BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE BY FOLLOWING THE LINK BELOW FOR THE FUNDED SESSIONS:

FOOD MENU FOR EASTER

Monday 7th of April 2025 – Beef Lasagne, Coleslaw & Garlic Bread
Tuesday 8th of April 2025- Sausage Casserole & Mash Potato
Wednesday 9th of April 2025- Chicken, Bacon and Sweetcorn Pasta Bake
Thursday 10th of April 2025 – Cottage Pie, Peas & Carrots

Each day the children have the option of a Jacket Potato as stated above and the fillings include Cheese & Beans, Tuna Sweetcorn mayonnaise or Coleslaw and Cheese - Parents will need to inform Lee via email or on the booking form to say what filling their child/ren would like before the food supplier is informed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUR VENUES OUR NUT FREE TO PLEASE DO NOT PACK ANY SNACKS THAT CONTAIN ANY NUTS WITHIN THEM.

NOTE TO PARENTS - IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT ATTEND WITHOUT INFORMING THE CAMP LEADER, THEIR PLACE WILL BE REMOVED AND OFFERED TO A CHILD ON THE WAITING LIST.
